Apple Mail Redirecting Problem

It seems with Gmail that if someone send me any email and I redirect it to another person it will put the orginal senders name in the email (From) but it changes the the actual email address to mine.

So the the person that I redirected it to replies instead of it going to the orginal sender it come back to me....

Any advice would be helpful
