Add File Numbers

Hello, I have a folder with these files:
abc 123.jpg
abc 456.jpg
xyz 1.png
aaa111.txt

What automated method could I use to add only the numbers in all of those filenames? Thank you.

Hello and welcome.

There are several ways to rename files in Finder: Automator, A Better Finder Rename, etc. I have been using A Better Finder Rename for years and it has always worked perfectly. It does have a free trial available. I haven't created an Automator Action to perform this function, but a quick search turned up this: Using Automator to Rename Files and Folders.

See if one of those works for you.
