YouTube Login Problem

My daughter forgot her YouTube password, so she clicked the "I forgot" link. Somehow, she ended up creating a new account with the same Yahoo email address/user name. Now it will only let her log into that one. She can see her other account's page but can't log into that account anymore. What should she do?

Have you tried clicking "Forgot password?"

then "Next"

then "Try Another Way"

then "Next" to have an verification code sent you your daughters mobile?

With giants like Google it's pretty important to have your mobile linked to your account as it is next to if not impossible to get direct help from them.

Well, her mobile is a whole other issue -- a long story, but for the moment her iPhone is locked. Hope to have that problem fixed this week, and then maybe we can solve the YouTube problem this way. Thanks.
