I have Mac OS Monterey. I have my yahoo email on the doc. Starting yesterday afternoon no new mail was showing up. I need to go to yahoo and sign in to my mail in order to get my new mail. Also, when I log in rather than using my mail in the doc my email format is different(and not as easy to use). At about the same time that this change happened I had logged into my yahoo account from a different computer and that computer required me to change my yahoo password. Could that be what started the problem? If so, how can I get my mail to work the way it did prior to this?

Hello,
Yes, the password would need to be changed on the Mac that is having the issue. Normally, you would do that in > System Preferences... > Internet Accounts > your Yahoo! account.
See if you can update the password there (with the Mail application not open).
