why no icon or audio in my FLV files?

I need help.

Can someone please tell me why my .flv files don't have audio. I used to be able to download flash videos from the web and now I can't hear the audio. I recentle had to start my computer from the Tiger disc and some apps and documents changed configuration.


What can I do? Is it a Macromedia Flash issue?
