Why doesn't MyMail work any more?

Hello,

Which model iPad?
-Which version of iOS/iPadOS?
-Who is your email account provider?
-Are you using the Mail application, or do you mean the MyMail iOS app?
-If the MyMail app, maybe try deleting and re-installing, then re-add you mail account(s)?

I have never used it, so I don't know if it is not working any longer, discontinued, etc.

MyMail is just an app....and how it says I don't need a password. But it doesn't load w/o one so I'm up a creek w/o a paddle.

Well, I wouldn't have written here had I not already tried MyMail support. They don't want it fixed. I've never heard of MyApp support.

Sorry, I meant MyMail not MyApp...my bad. ;)

Maybe another member here that has used the MyMail will add to the conversation.

Thanks for the correction. I don't think MyMail wants to help so I'm just using my online email now. Getting used to it.
