What happened to the 27" iMac????

This may have been answered already - I did look at all the posts through the beginning of the year and didn't see it though. Again this may be old news but I just found out that Apple is no longer making 27" iMacs. I mean, What the Frack! Is this for real? Are they planning on replacing it with something else? What's going on?

Hello,

Correct...Apple discontinued the 27" iMac recently. The new Apple Silicon 24" is the only model available on their website.

There are rumors of a new larger model - 27" or more, but no concrete release information. I am sure that Apple will replce the 27" at some point, but not ETA as of yet.
