Hi,

It is my understanding that using a VPN is the same anywhere, no matter what country or connection point.

You can use any vpn for this no server will unmask your IP.
My suggestion would be to use Ivacy vpn. Where as rest of other are good too.

If you are simply trying to hide your IP from an online service or web site, any VPN will do. A VPN does not guarantee anonymity though.

From VPN I can recommend browsec, although the full version is paid, but the database is enough to go to sites like foreign casinos.
