Unable to print when I am in hotmail

Unable to print out info whilst using my hotmail account. This also is the same when I use MB.
This only happens when I am in hotmail. There is no problem printing other applications - I am
Using Safari on both my IPad & MacBook - when I do try printing out I just get a blank sheet
which comes out

• Which version of OS X/macOS?
• Which model iPad?
• Which version of iOS/iPadOS?
• What brand/model printer?

Sounds like it may be something like pop-ups being blocked, or the version of Safari being used.

Apologise I did not get back to you ( been Ireland without internet access.

I can print out on a mb 2015 oldish now but cannot print out on th IPad 4 ( it is
now a few years old but I still am able to update to the latest
