Turn off Apple Watch Keyboard input notification on iPhone

What Does "Apple Watch Keyboard Input" Mean? I've been receiving notifications on my iPhone instructing me to "Enter text on Apple Watch using your iOS keyboard. Press to type." This just started happening today, and it pops up every time I check my phone. Can someone explain what this is about?
