Time Machine & Passwords

I recently had to transfer from one Mac to another using a Time Machine backup. Everything seemed to go well except I see it has not transferred my saved passwords. Since the older Mac is no longer accessible, I only have the backup but when I look for Keychain there I can't see Utilities where it is located. How do I get my Keychain library from Time Machine to my new Mac?

Thanks for the link. I’ve tried to follow the instructions but don’t get the options mentioned. I also don’t understand what you’ve to open and whether it is found in Apps/Utilities/keychains or Library/Keychains. I also don’t know if I’ve to actually enter Time Machine or just look for the Keychain folder in the last backup before migration.
