System Preferences

Hello. I am a new Mac user. I am trying to get to system preferences on my mac. All I see are system settings. I go to the apple in the upper left corner and only see system settings. Not system preferences with the tiles. Any ideas on how to change this? Origionally when I started up the mac I saw the tiled system preferences.

i figured out its because i installed ventura

 

[Kidroc]

hold option key and hover mouse over the apple it will change to system preferences.
