Synching email and texts actions among all apple devices

My MacBook pro, i-Phone, 2 tablets and apple watch seem to synch as far as texts and emails coming through. But managing them (deleting) doesn't want to synch with all devices and then I have to do the deletion on each device separately. Ugh

If it is any other email other than iCloud it won't sync to your devices

Hmm. I use Gmail and it used to synch. I'm guessing then that the Mac mail program IS connected to iCloud?

if you have the same email in on your iPhone as you have on a iPad or a Mac they will update approx the same time but they as far I know are not synced through iCloud.
