synching calendars

I hope someone can tell me how to do this:

On my MacBook, I rely on iCal, but sometimes it would be convenient to use Outlook's calendar. Also, I recently acquired an Android smartphone, and would like to use a calendar app on that. How do I synch all these and keep them automatically synched?
