Strange crackle sound from MacBook Pro 2019

Sometimes I hear a strange crackle sound from my MacBook Pro 2019 16". You can check out the video that I've attached.

It happens when Mac wakes up, and sometimes at night when Mac is closed and I am not using it. The sound comes from the top left corner. Not from speakers, because the sound is mechanical. And not from a cooler, the cooler is to the right. Also, I don't hear it when I use Mac.

What could it be? As I know there is nothing mechanical in that corner. I worry about that. Thanks!

Hi,

I really can't say why this happens, some say it is due to heat that is causing the glue on the MacBook Pro’s screen hinges to lose its adherence.

But personally I would book a GB slot and let the techs have a look.
