My wife's Mac has a 1TB disk, and looking at About This Mac, 3.1 GB of it is photos. However, the photos library is 57.24 GB. What am I missing here?

-How large is the actual Pictures folder?

Oops, that is my Pictures folder, hers is:

56,064,009,885 bytes (56.41 GB on disk) for 101 items

We try to have the same photos.
