Screen died on macbook pro model A1260 due to minor liquid(coffee) spillage. Sent off mainboard and had it repaired. Video works now when hooked up to external monitor, but led screen was extremely dim. Replaced inverter, still dim. Replaced lcd, still dim. Replaced video cable, still dim. Now what? Some of the keys on keyboard stopped working, so replaced it also. No response when you toggle f1/f2 keys to brighten screen.

sorry for delay, had a death in family. brightness turned all the way up - no effect or change. fairly certain this is a hardware issue.
