Sound

[MurderInPaint]

My built in speakers don't seem to work.The sound is turned up all the way and mute is off to my knowledge.I plug in my headphones from my mp3 player into the computer and i can only hear out of one ear when in my mp3 player i can hear out of both.More i want the built in speakers working.If anyone could help that would be awesome.Thank you.

the built in speakers of what exactly ?
what versionof mac os x are you using
you might want to think about the possibility that they are shot
