[SOLVED] Screen Capture Software

I'm looking for a screen capture software, like something to video tape what I'm doing on the screen for live streaming.
I'm kinda new to mac so I'm not sure what to do, I just want a software that allows me to tape what I'm doing on my screen and i can stream it

I have a Mac OS 3g of Ram , uh that's all i can remember
