Software - Hardware Test

I have seen many hardware test programs on YouTube (youtubers running there own test) but do not know the names.
Can anyone give the names of a software program that will test Mac Hardware.
Command D at start-up is very limited and often does not detect know problems.

What kinds of testing/troubleshooting are you looking for - RAM/memory, disk/storage, CPU/GPU, performance benchmarks, data recovery, custom macOS settings? Apple Diagnostics does pretty much a full hardware test of the major components, but doesn't have a full surface scan suite of shard drive/storage tests.

If you put a few links to the YouTube videos, the applications should be fairly easy to identify.
