Greetings, I purchased a used IPad to run my granddaughters speech software (Proloquo2go). I thought it was working well until I realized that I could not lock her software using the "three clicks" method. I reached out to the software help line, they told me that this was a problem with the Ipad itself and not the software. They suggested that we use Siri as a work around for this problem.
Now, I realize that though I set it up, Siri does not work consistently. Sometimes she doesn't respond to me at all. She did respond once for the entire day however. Has someone ever encountered this problem?
Were you able to solve it? If so, could you share the fix with me?
