Can anyone give me a step by step on how to disable single user mode without the disk, preferably on terminal or if you know of another way(not firmware password either)? I am not concerned with being unable to use it again my kids have been making alternate admin accounts to bypass the internet filter I use so I'm trying to keep them out of it for good.

There is no
single user mode
I think what you are asking is how to ensure that you are not automatically logged in.

System Preferences > Users and Groups - In the List select Login Options then Automatic login: Off

We recommend that children are given their own User Account this can be set to standard and have Parental Controls.

No user should use an Admin account for Standard use.
