Safari - made a mistake

I must have downloaded a bad choice when it came to software. Each time I open a new Safari window, I also get a new window opened that has nothing to do with what I want. I can't undo it, I've tried. Any suggestions?

Is it malware? If so try Malwarebytes to get rid of it.
