Hi,
I have this message in Safari. I'm a little concerned as its a very good unique password I've only used it on one website, my bank.

Does this mean my bank has been hacked? Should I ask them if my personal info has been stolen? How does Safari know this information?

There have been a lot nof data breaches over the past few years. If you are getting an alert that your bank had a data breach, then I would recommend changing your passwird to your bank.

If they were breached, I am sure that they are aware of this.
