Safari can't find server

Been reading prior posts on this and not sure what to do. Don't know what a plist is for example,
I'm getting the message Safari can't find server, but I can connect to other servers, Google for example or other sites that I usually connect to. Also, my mail works fine.

What should I look at to fix this?

We'll need a bit more information to diagnose the issue:

-Which version of OS X?
-Which version of Safari?
-Can you reach most websites - i.e. are there only a few that give the error? If so, can you name a few?
-Have you tried another browser like Google Chrome or Firefox?
