Restoring Accidentally Deleted Login Item

My operating systems is El Capitan 10.11.6. I accidentally deleted "instutillaunch" from the Login Items, under Users & Groups. The only way I can use my computer now after it goes to sleep is by turning off the power and restarting. Can someone walk me through how to restore the app I accidentally deleted (without using Time Machine)?

Is this a desktop mac? what model exactly? instutillaunch seems to be related to a Brother printer ... have you ever connected one to your computer?
