Quicktime converting video file types

I am trying to convert a .wmv video file to a avi or mpeg or quicktime video file using Quicktime Pro, but all I get is the audio portion, no video. Should I be using a different app or am I doing something wrong.

You need the Studio version or higher I believe.

Also, see if not http://www.techspansion.com/visualhub/ does it for you. It supports VMW as well.
