Privileges

Hi,
Trying to install old version of Skype to solve video problem on MacBookPro running 10.5.8 but get message 'the operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient privileges for some of the taks'
Any ideas?

Also, sometimes you can simply drag the installed Skype app to the trash, then install the older version. I have seen this issue happen when the app itself is the problem while trying to overwrite itself with an installer. Spawn's link is excellent info as well.
