I am trying to put a power point presentation on a second monitor, a projector, in a way that I can still use my imac's monitor while the presentation is running. I am using the power point for my church and am also recording the sermon using audacity. It would be very helpful to see audacity and the other programs that I run on the imacs monitor while having the presentation going on the external monitor (projector).
The imac is a core 2 duo and I am using a mini DVI to s-video adapter. I have tries dragging the power pint window over to the projector but it was a no go when I hit the slide show button.
