Macro and reverse macro help needed for powerpoint pls - new to mac

Hello Everyone,
I don't know much about Mac's in-fact I couldn't even really tell you what machine specification I am working on, except I only just bought this laptop called a pro and it has retina display.

I need some help pls.

I am trying to create an interactive powerpoint that works on windows, for my college project.

I think I need a drag and drop macro for the correct answer, while incorrect answers go up but come straight back down. Apparently one is a macro the other a reverse macro (?)

Can some mac enthusiast who knows all about this kind of thing pls help, with idiots guide, step by step instructions.
