Power Mac G4 won't start

I have a Power Mac G4 that wont start.

When I press the power button, I can hear the boot tone, i can hear the hdd running, the big fan below the power supply is running and the red led on the board is on, but the computer wont do anything else, (the processor fan is not running, no display, no nothing).

I'm new to working with the hardware of Macs but I have lots of experience with PCs.

If anyone can help me it would be awesome.
