Photoshop Elements 18 comparability ?

PLEASE can anyone tell me if Photoshop Elements 2018, which requires Mac OS 64-bit multicore Intel processor, Mac OS X v10.9 or v10.10.
Will it operate with MacBook Pro, 2.7 GHZ, Itel i5, High Sierra Ver 10.13.6 ?

Hello and welcome.

Sorry for the delayed response.

It may work with a later version of macOS, but it won't be officially supported by Adobe. You could always try it and if it has issues, purchase an upgraded version.
