Outlook Text edit

I send out a lot of emails from a webpage that gives me clickable links that when clicked generate a template ready to send in outlook. Recently the service added a bit of text and an unsubscribe link in the email template. The service won't let me remove the text from the template. I was wondering if there was a way to have Automator automatically detect the text and delete it. I've attached an image of the text the service automatically inputs into the email. Can anybody help me out?

Hello and welcome.

-Have you looked in the settings in your account?
-Have you contacted their customer/technical support?

I have never used their service, so I don't have a lot of suggestions for you. In addition, I have basically no experience with Automator/AppleScript.

Let us know what they say,
