We suffered a powercut (3 times) and I was in Outlook sending a message, when the power came back on it asked me to rebuild my main identity, which I did but stupidly chose the one after the first power cut, so outlook came back with nothing so I restored it to the 30th December but it now says I have never installed any accounts on Outlook. I have just lost every email that I had over 3 years - which is quite a big thing as I am a wedding venue and all my couples folders with all their emails have all gone. I can access all the inbox via webmail, but how do I get the folders back?
Any help or ideas would be so hugely gratefully received.
