Hi .... have just scanned my iMac desktop using Trend Micro Antivirus and it has found a threat OSX_KeyGEN.MAN any suggestions as to how I can remove it?

First, what exact Mac OS are you using?
Secondly, why are you using Trend Micro Antivirus software? There is really no need for such software, and at times, they can cause4 problems. Just being careful is enough, at least for Macs.
What you could do is try the excellent freeware program Malwarebytes AntiMalware, available from here:
