can't open my account Only guest account (safari] tried to open disk utility it opens but will not let do what I need to do. Tried to download few files on maine screen most say I don't have enough space &to dilate some but can't open that eather also put in the start up DVD that came with it and that did nothing. ANY SUGGESTIONS? THANKS

-Which version of OS X/macOS?
-How much free space is available?
-Do you mean you cannot login to the iMac?
It sounds like the hard drive doesn't have enough free space to startup properly. If that is the case, you may need to seek assistant in person if you do not have an external drive with OS X/macOS installed on it that you can startup from.
