Hi all,
I have an iMac G5 20" running at 2Ghz with 1Gb of ram and O.S. 10.4.11 tiger. This is the first problem that I can not solve. I think I've seen it on another iMac, but can't remember how it was solved. The problem started today. Last night I shut the mac down after upgrading Safari to version 4.1.3 (latest for tiger). Is this a coincidence?
The problem is that the curser has a grid of lines in a square formation just to the lower right. Just like below.

This pattern also appears over drop down menus and icons on the desktop. It also appears when loading the system before the accounts panel appears.
The mac runs OK, it just seems to have this glitch. If anyone has any ideas they are very much welcomed.
best regards, SpenBeck.
