Just upgraded from Yosemite to Sierra. After booting, I get a notification 'Mail Password Required. Enter your password for "stubabe" in Internet Accounts'.
If I hover my mouse over this notification, I get the spinning beach ball. Also can't open the notifications icon.
I have checked all my accounts and they all have passwords. I have disable all my accounts, rebooted, and still get the message. I have disable mail notifications.
