These alerts appear in large white square on screen. first came 3 days ago on new iPhone, second this morning on old iPad, third about an hour ago on my MacBook PRO saying

"your apple ID and phone number are now
being used for iMessage and Face time on a
new iPad."

if you recently signed into "iPad"
you can ignore this notification.

I do not use Face time . I removed it from most devices.
I've spent over an hour with Apple support in Australia said it should be ok, then an hour later opened up MacBook Pro and got similar notification.

Hello and welcome.

Normally, that is just a notification that you signed into iCloud on one device, and all that are signed into the same iCloud account with that Apple ID will get the notification. Sometimes it is a bit delayed. Also, it doesn't necessarily mean that you signed into both iMessage/Messages and FaceTime.

-Which model MacBook Pro?
-Which version of OS X/macOS?
-Which model iPad and iPhone?
-Which versions of iOS on them?
-Did you sign in with the same Apple ID on all three devices?
