I haven't a web site so I could use:

http://www.imageshack.us/ or perhaps there is another site you could recommend.

Sorry I have no idea where to look for the Manage Attatchments button.

Yes, you could use ImageShack.

To get to the Manage Attachments button, when creating a post/reply here, scroll down:

You may have to enter you User Control Panel for the forum here and switch to Enhanced Interface in the Edit Options section:

I hadn't clicked on the 'Go Advanced' button, so couldn't find the extra details.
It may take a while but I hope to be able to work it out now.
