New Cambridge Audio Dacmagic XS USB 2.0 device not detected

I bought a new audio device the CA Dacmagic XS. It should be plug'n'play but does not show up in my Sound device preferences. It was made for USB 2 spec. I have Desktop 21.5 iMac (2019) running Ventura 13.4.1. I tried a couple of restarts and a hard restart.

Hello and welcome.

Sorry for the delayed response.

The DacMagic XS is currently a discontinued model and was introduced back in 2013. I recommend checking the manual to make sure it it set to USB Class 2.0 mode. If it is still not recognized, I would contact Cambridge Audio Support directly.
