Sorry for the bad writing but English isn't my first language.
Yesterday I installed VD virtual cables to record some audio with ops and everything was working just fine. I woke up this morning and my M1 Pro MacBook doesn't see the devices plugged in my docking station. I uninstalled the virtual cables but the problem persists, I tried to plug my external speakers directly into the Mac and they work correctly. If I go into the sound options the only listed devices are my monitors and the built-in speakers, the external ones just appears if I plug them to the Mac.
I didn't find anything helpful online, can you help me? Thank you.

Hello and welcome.

Sorry for the delayed response.
  • Did you mean the VB-CABLE software and not VD virtual cables?
  • If not, what software did you install/uninstall?
  • Does the CalDigit TS4 require any software to be installed?
