Need help with Apple Mail

I just purchased a new iMac (yeah) and am a little confused regarding mail. I most recently used Entourage as my email server but when setting up my accounts in Apple mail it seems to only allow for one account, that is one account that shows everything received in all email accounts. When opening mail in Entourage it allows you to select which identity you want to work with and then only opens mail related to that account. Is there any way to setup Apple mail to do the same or does anyone have an opinion on alternate email programs that work well on iMac's.

You can have as many email accounts as you require.
To select the alternate accounts, you just open the Inbox disclosure triangle.

the iMac is not a Windows computer so it doesn't work the same, you need to adapt your workflows to suit your new computer.
