Need Help retrieving deleted folder in AppleMail

I accidentally slipped and deleted a folder in my AppleMail. I know to look under users/library/mailboxes, but there is no "Library" folder under my Users folder - which is strange.scary...searches for "Library", "Mailboxes" or even the name of the folder "Employees" don't yield any results. I am currently running Stellar Phoenix MacData recovery program but I have a terabyte of info for it to scan, it will take all day. How do you search for a FOLDER? When I search by the folder name, "Employees," I get a million results, none of them this folder.
