My daughter was using our macbook and the next day there is a little black window that show everything you type or select on the screen. It has no way to close it, and I don't know how to find it in the Activity Monitor. I restarted, and it still comes up. When you open a website, it will scroll through each menu item at a slow pace and list what it says in the box. So when you try to scroll down, it just scrolls the browser right back to the top. It is nearly impossible to browse with all of this going on. I am considering a complete system refresh, but I thought I'd check out there first. Has anyone seen this before? I have three screenshots attached. Thanks.

Thank you, Kaveman. This worked. I didn't have the sound up, so I didn't realize it was voiceover. F5 + Apple Key disabled it. Lifesaver! Thanks again.
