My Mac Freeze

Hi everybody... its nice to have this forum.
Well, i have a question about my MacBook(2009 version). i'm running Snowlepord, 2.13 Ghz, intel core 2 duo, 2 GB ram and 160 Gig HD.

my mac always freeze when i'm using Firefox especially while i'm watching movies online and it wont react to any commands, finally i left with a no choice except switching off it by holding power button. I worried about this issue n i called to technical support twice but it is not resolved. could please... please... anyone help me with this issue... i'll be so glad...

Maybe you can :
- erase and install Firefox again.
- see if the bug happen only on one support
- use safari/opera/chrome/camino... ?
Repport the bug to FF staff too
