Mouse lag and opening chrome tabs

what the hell is going on with mac os?

after upgrading to sonoma 14.3 there is mouse lag and opening chrome tabs is noticeably slower, what can i do to fix this?


p.s i have reinstalled the system 3 times, also unplugged all cables from mac, i even tried a different hdmi cable.

I really hate using the mac after this, I'm really annoyed and it won't let me calm down

You can experience a bit of slowness right after a macOS update. Have things gotten better after using it for a while after the upgrade?
