Monterey 12.2.1 No Other User Option at Login

I am having an issue with Macs that are bound to Active Directory. Monterey 12.1 works fine, I see the Other User option so I am able to login a new user in the domain. Once I ran the 12.2.1 update the other user option no longer is there, all previous domain accounts that logged in to the domain prior to the update are there but no Other User. I've updated all the way up to 12.6 and still no luck, anyone else experiencing this?

I normally recommend these settings for all Macs:

Is this how yours are set, or are you using the List of users in the login window?

Also, is there a reason you are at macOS 12.2.1 instead of the latest 12.6?
