Hi, I wonder if anyone can help? My entourage, Word and complete office package has stopped working giving me a error message without opening. I have reinstalled replaced user data to no avail. Anybody have any ideas?

I found an article online that may be of some help to your predicament. It can be found here.

It now appears that many instances of this issue can be resolved by disabling SSL on the Exchange server to which Entourage connects, and likewise turning off SSL authentication on the local Entourage installation (under the Accounts pane).

If this fails to work, you could also try holding the option key down while starting the application in order to rebuild the database. And as a last resort, check for any patches from Microsoft AutoUpdate. Good luck.
