Making readable copy of selected Mail messages

I have just completed the Probate process, during which I sent and received hundreds of messages. All of the messages are grouped under Probate label within Mail application.

I want to be able to copy all such messages onto CDs which can be passed to the other executers, who use different computers / mail systems..

How can I do this such that the messages will be displayed in a readable format (ie without all the gobbledegook)
